
Strength Training CD 2 offers the fundamentals of the training basics, training methods, correct lifting techniques and supporting exercises of the youth strength training. CD offers clear, easy to use and illustrative way to learn youth strength training via images and over 200 video examples. CD is a valuable tool for all coaches and leaders of children and youth sports. CD has been planned together with Jaakko Kailajärvi, Finnish Coaches Association and KIHU - Research Institute for Olympic Sports. Antti Mero from the Department of Biology of Physical Activity of the University of Jyväskylä has been an expert in the children and youth development and training abilities section. The CD has been produced in Finnish.
