
Strength training with free weights belongs to training routines of various sports. Safe exercise methods and movement patterns are essential for successful training and development. For coaches it is important to know right techniques and be able to provide supportive feedback. A salient point is also illustrative learning material which supports coaches and athletes in their everyday practices. Images and video examples are often more effective in illustrating details as spoken instructions.
